Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kewlcode Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Kyulemorse mobile app ("the app"), available on Android and iOS. By using Kyulemorse, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

Kyulemorse is built to work without an account. We do not ask you to sign up, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other identity information inside the app.

• Microphone access. The Decode mode listens for Morse signals through your device's microphone so it can turn sound into text in real time. Audio is processed on-device to detect tones and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere.
• Score history and practice settings. Your scores and preferences are saved only in local storage on your device, so we can show your progress over time. This data is never uploaded to us or to any server, and it stays on your device unless you delete the app or clear its data.
• Advertising identifiers. Kyulemorse shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers (such as your Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA) to serve ads, including personalized ads where your settings and region allow it. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on how AdMob handles this data.
• Diagnostics and app infrastructure. The app uses Google Firebase for backend infrastructure. Depending on configuration, this may include basic, non-identifying crash reports and usage analytics (for example, which screens are used, or app stability data) that help us fix bugs and improve the app. This data is handled under Google's Firebase privacy terms.

Subscriptions and payments

Kyulemorse offers optional paid subscriptions, managed through RevenueCat together with Google Play Billing or Apple's App Store billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Google or Apple. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time from your Google Play or App Store account settings; this is not done inside the app.

Third-party services

Kyulemorse relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• RevenueCat — revenuecat.com/privacy

Children's privacy

Kyulemorse is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Data security

We rely on the security practices of the infrastructure providers listed above and take reasonable steps to protect information handled by the app. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the app changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
